Prices and product information
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Delivery throughout Lebanon is $5 per order and is added to the checkout total. Choose the applicable size or color where offered. Photographs show the piece, but colors may vary with lighting and your screen. Only specifications shown on the product page are represented; contact us for any details you need before ordering.
Orders and availability
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. After submission, the website displays that your order is received. This message acknowledges receipt; it does not mean a Whish transfer was completed or verified. Availability is checked when an order is placed, and an unavailable piece cannot be ordered.
Payments and delivery
Cash on delivery and Whish Money are the available payment preferences. See our Shipping page for delivery and payment information. Contact support if you need help completing checkout.
Exchanges and consumer rights
All sales are final, with exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours with photos. See the Returns & exchanges page for the full policy. Nothing in these terms excludes legally required consumer rights.
